Hello everyone,

I am Radka and I have been in real estate since 2001. 
During this period I bought, sold, flipped and rented many properties.

 

I worked as a real estate salesperson in the USA (Chicago) and in the last 10 years, I work in Canada – Great Toronto Area and Muskoka which is 2 hours north from Toronto.
 

The reason I created this site was to help folks like yourself, to find the best way how to buy, sell and invest in real estate.
 

I also ask that if I ever say anything that captures your interest, that you get involved within my site. I love to talk about real estate and if you have anything interesting that you want to share or any opinions of any of the content I have created on my site, please do speak up. I love feedback in every form.

My goal is to give you as much information as possible so you make your investments wisely and you will reduce the risks involved in any investments or business.
 

There are many pluses and minuses in real estate but I strongly believe that with good market analysis and
planning you can make steady and profitable business which you hopefully enjoy as much as I do.
